Understanding CBDUpdated 3 years ago
CBD is the abbreviation for cannabinol. CBD is most well-known as the non-psychoactive cousin to THC and the second most prominent cannabinoid found in cannabis plants. It is the component in cannabis thought to be one of the strongest anti-inflammatory agents found in nature. After consumption, CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system (ECS) in our bodies. This interaction produces a variety of physiological, medicinal, and therapeutic effects.
